Our client, a boutique law firm in Manheim, PA, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Estate Administration Assistant to support their estate and trust administration paralegals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a law office environment—particularly in estate administration—and could serve as a valuable foot in the door for future paralegal or legal support roles.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Assist paralegals with preparing, organizing, and filing legal documents related to estate planning, probate, and trust administration.

Maintain orderly and up-to-date client files in both digital and physical formats.

Client Communication:

Interact with clients and external contacts to collect information and provide updates professionally and confidentially.

Field inquiries and relay messages to the appropriate team members.

Organization & Documentation:

Track deadlines, manage calendars, and support case progress with a strong eye for detail.

Verify the accuracy of documents and ensure compliance with firm protocols.

Learning & Adaptability:

Learn firm-specific software and procedures quickly.

Take initiative in developing a working knowledge of estate and trust administration practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; a Paralegal Certificate is a plus but not required

Pay Rate: $22–$26/hr. DOE
Schedule: Part-time (with potential to transition to full-time)
Dress Code: Business Casual
